Is there a time in your life where
There is this sense of pain that is so deep
Sometimes you think nothing will help it
Its a hard feeling to explain
Pain
Suffering
Hurt
Betrayal
Sometimes you think no one understands
Sometimes you think no one cares
But I am reminded today
That someone does care
Jesus
He suffered too
He felt pain too
He hurt too
He was betrayed too
He gets it
We are all broken
In one way or another
As long as there is sin in this world
Our lives will be touched by things that are hard
But out of the ashes rises something better
Something new
We just have to see it
We just have to reach for it
We just have to grab it
but we can't just see, reach and grab it
We have to run with it
God is here for the broken hearted
He knows
He understands
He has our backs
Out of our suffering comes our greatest ministry
