Hana

Hana is having  a very full life here in Norquay. She started preschool in September and loves Mrs. K., her teacher. She never ceases to amaze us at how much she is learning and how fast she is growing. She is very excited to be a part of the Christmas concert at school and is practicing her little ... Im a little snowman...short and fat…;)

Hana loves church and Sunday school. As much as Sundays are full and busy there is no way we can miss anything. She looks forward to being with her friends and learning about God. Her Sunday school Christmas concert is coming up and she is very excited about that.

 

Her activity this year is horseback riding lessons and she is a natural at it. I cannot believe how she is so at ease and calm around them. She leads them and rides them without hesitation. It’ so fun to watch. Skating is another new adventure for Hana this year and she loves being on the ice.

We absolutely love our little angel and are so excited watching her grow and become independent and full of energy and questions.

 

 

Mike

Mike has been busy with many things out here. Work has been very busy and full. Its great to be only a few hours away from his main contractor and has been there  a few times already touching base with them.

He has gone fishing many times this past year with friends and that has been awesome and very rewarding with many fish in the freezer.

He is excited to start Sledge hockey here in Norquay practices are Monday night at the Norquay Rink! He is also a part of the start up for the Yorkton Sledge Hockey team.

 

 

 

Natasha

My days are full with work, Hana and friends. I have been grateful for the many ladies in my life here that have made me feel a part of things very quickly. I love the fun small town shopping and craft sales we have here, being a part of one this past weekend. I made jewelry and brought in the Transformation Textiles Ornaments and 10000 villages items. During holidays this summer, I tried paddle boarding and loved it. Hoping to do more of that. Also, I am excited to try cross country skiing this next few weeks.  Looking forward to some new things out here. I love my call at the church , where I get to work along side an amazing lead pastor and together we are bringing people Far from God , Close to God.
